Custom Web Platform for Cleveland Auto Show
The Cleveland Auto Show is one of the most important automotive events in the U.S. Midwest. Its digital platform plays a key role in event communications, visitor experience, and continuous updates for exhibitors and organizers.

The Challenge
The Cleveland Auto Show had a site built on a custom CMS that had become outdated. Every update depended on rigid processes, maintenance was costly, and the team had very little flexibility to manage content, exhibitors, and events. On top of that, performance and the mobile experience were no longer up to the standard of an event of this scale.
The challenge was clear: modernize the platform without losing control, improve speed, and give real autonomy to content editors.
Our Solution
As part of a white label engagement for an agency in Ohio, we rebuilt the site entirely on WordPress, using a 100% custom block theme designed specifically for the event’s needs.
We implemented a flexible block- and ACF-based architecture, allowing the client’s team to update complex sections without touching code. The new site delivers better performance, a strong mobile experience, and a structure ready to grow year after year, without relying on fragile custom development.
The result was a clean migration from a proprietary CMS to a standard, robust, and easy-to-maintain platform.

Moving from a proprietary CMS to WordPress gave us speed, stability, and, above all, the freedom for the client to manage their content without friction. The result was exactly what we needed for an event at this level.”
