Phonogram and Single Management System
The Phonogram and Single Management System was developed as a WordPress-based application to model and manage structured data for the music sector. Rather than a conventional website, it was designed as an application layer that automates relationships, notifications, and complex administrative workflows.

The Challenge
The agency needed a solution capable of:
- Registering phonograms and singles with multiple authors and performers.
- Modeling dynamic relationships between works and the people involved.
- Managing complex structures with nested repeaters.
- Automating notifications by role (author, performer, administrator).
- Generating structured exports compatible with internal processes.
- Supporting bulk imports without compromising data integrity.
This was not about publishing simple content, but about designing a robust system for handling critical information workflows.
Our Solution
As part of a white label project, we built a custom architecture based on:
- Custom Post Types (

- Gravity Forms + Advanced Post Creation.
- REST API integration to query authors dynamically.
- Automatic insertion of authors inside Gravity Forms repeaters through JavaScript.
- Automated registration of relationships between each work and its participants.
- A role-based notification system.
- A custom export plugin.
- Extension of WordPress’s native export system to adapt the output format to specific operational requirements.
In addition, we developed a custom importer that supports structured uploads while preserving consistency across data relationships.
The result was a stable internal application where WordPress operates as a data engine, not just a content management system.
